Fees 2025

All fees should be paid on-line at PlayFootball at the time of registration via credit card. 

Due to an upgrade of the Play Football platform requiring assoication fees to be paid upfront, payment in installments is unfortunately not available in 2025.

Active Kids Vouchers and "Active and Creative Kids" Vouchers: 

Active kids vouchers can be used to offset the cost of registration. During registration, enter the voucher number on the payment screen and make sure you click "Apply" to get the discount.

Discounts: 

 

Early Bird discount is offered from when registrations open on the 10th January through to the 20th January.  There is also an "On-Time" discount.  The end date varies based on whether the age group is graded or not.  Note: the "On-Time" dates are also the age group cut-off dates for returning players getting preference for spots in teams.  See below tables for dates.

Playing Kit: 

Club playing kit includes jersey, shorts and socks. 

  • New under 6 players receive all of these items as part of their registration. 

  • Other new players will get a jersey as part of their registration. 

  • Socks, shorts and shirts (for returning players who want new ones) can be purchased.  There will be an opportunity to order these via your team manager prior to the start of the season.  During season, the canteen stocks these items

Competitions labelled above as "Men's" are actually mixed competitions, so women may register to these if they wish.  However, it is very rare to have women playing in these teams, and, as for any new player, they would need to have a team with a space for them.  Contact the appropriate Age Coordinator if interested.

Dual Registration for women is $150 extra to play both mixed adult and women's competitions.

De-registration

De-registration fees

Any processing of de-registrations and refunds are subject to MWFA approval and de-registrations must be initiated by the player in the PlayFootball platform.

Once approved, deregistration or transfer incurs a club administration fee of $25 and if you have received uniform, those costs must be covered too.

MWFA deregistration fees are also incurred as follows:

 

  • $32 for preseason deregistration where the player has been submitted to the MWFA on a team player list.

  • After season start (beginning of April) regardless of whether the player has played, increased deregistration fees apply including FNSW fees.  These range from $47 (U6) to $204 (PL) with most adults incurring $183.

 

 

Active Kids Vouchers cannot be refunded.  It is likely to be the same for the new Active and Creative Kids Vouchers, but if you transfer to another participating sport, we will endeavour to transfer the voucher to the new sport.

Please be aware that if your withdrawal causes a whole team to collapse, there may be other fines incurred by the club that will be passed on and that the last date for de-registrations is June 23rd.  After that date there will be no refund.  Please advise the registrar of any de-registrations submitted so that they can be processed in a timely manner.

You will be asked to upload a new photo when you register if you are turning 10 or older.  Please ensure that the photo you upload is clear and looks like you.

Proof of Age/ID

Proof of Age and Identity document for an adult should be a form of photo ID - licence or passport.

For a child, provide a birth certificate or a passport.

Where required (see above section on Fees and Requirements by Age Group for guidence), these can be emailed to your the club's registrar.  See Contacts.

MWFA Form

All players in U12 and above this year need to complete this form if they did not play  in MWFA in 2024.  Please return this for to the club's registrar. registrar@curlcurlfc.com.au
